I have always liked painting sunglasses. This mostly with a pallete knife. 7x10. Ooooo I'm having so much fun!

I wanted to try just a value study and I liked the mystery of her dark eyes. Yes, that is a feather I stuck on the painting while still wet. I really enjoy combining found objects that work with whatever I am creating at the moment.

I guess I am still seduced by the ease and speed of working digitally. It is so much FUN! It's a good balance to painting traditionally.
